Two Commas is a fundraising expression that refers to the two commas in a 7-figure number. It is a fitting name for a team that is joining with ALSF and Alex’s Million Mile to go all the way to 1,000,000 miles this September! In fundraising, two commas is a big goal – in this case, one that will raise awareness of childhood cancer and raise lot of money for critically needed research.

Three years ago, when the Hockings moved into their house in the Penn Wynne neighborhood near Philadelphia, they had no idea that their next-door neighbors would be the Scott family. Though they never got the chance to meet Alex Scott, they are inspired by her legacy and proud that their driveway is part of where Alex’s Lemonade Stand all started. 

The whole Hocking family is part of Team Two Commas and have together pledged to log as many miles as they can throughout the month of September and fundraise to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation continue to expand their important work. They hope many others will join them!
