You might notice a new aroma of fresh hot pretzels in Collier County. As Anntie Anne's Pretzels opens a new shop at the Coastland Center Mall and celebrates with a free pretzel day. 

From 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 19th you can pick up one free original or cinnamon sugar pretzel to help them cerebrate.

A group of elementary school students were selling lemonade Tuesday to raise money for childhood cancer research. 

The fundraiser was a part of Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation which was named for an 8-year-old who spent her last days selling lemonade to raise money for kids like her.

The award is given each year to a Major League Baseball player who best exemplifies the honor, courage and dedication of baseball great Fred Hutchinson, both on and off the field.

St. Mary Magdalen School raises over $2,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand

With guidance from teacher David Muscarella, sixth graders from St. Mary Magdalen Catholic School on Providence Road in Media recently raised $2,386.85 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand.

They ran, walked and biked a total of 7,396.57 miles as a team in Alex’s Million Mile during the month of September.

5K Lemon Run Raises Money for Fight Against Pediatric Cancer

Thousands took to Memorial Hall in Fairmount Park Sunday morning for the 6th annual Lemon Run — benefitting Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation’s fight against pediatric cancer.

Among the 2,500 or so participating were families who take the battle against childhood cancer to heart.

Lemonade Stand at Shelton Cider Mill Boosts Charity

The ninth annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand to help fight childhood cancer at Beardsley’s Cider Mill and Orchard in Shelton raised more than $3,000.

The fund-raising effort took place on the weekend of Sept. 13 and 14. Proceeds are given to the nonprofit Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF).
