Your Child in the Hospital
Chapter 18: Sources of Financial Help
“Lack of money is trouble without equal.”
SOURCES OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE VARY from state to state and town to town. To track down possible sources, you can ask the hospital social worker or a social worker at your local health department for help. Some hospitals also have community outreach nurses or case workers who may point out helpful resources.
