Childhood Cancer

At diagnosis, you have the option to choose where you would like your child to be treated. Parents can obtain a free referral to an accredited center from either the Pediatric Brain Tumor Consortium (PBTC) or the Children’s Oncology Group (COG).

The PBTC is a multidisciplinary cooperative research organization devoted to the study of tumor biology and new therapies for childhood brain and spinal cord tumors. Contact information is available at www.pbtc.org/public/inst_contact_info.htm. Member institutions are:
