This heartfelt and inspiring story gives hope to children of all ages facing cancer and other childhood illnesses. With beautiful illustrations, Ellie's story will gently remind a hurting child that they can be heroes to others.

 

 

Ellis Mayfield Foundation

Provide financial support to children and the families of children suffering from pediatric brain tumors who reside in the upstate of South Carolina

Embrace Kids Foundation

Embrace Kids Foundation exists to lighten the burden, maintain normalcy and improve the quality of life for families whose children are facing cancer, sickle cell and other serious health challenges. 

Emilio Nares Foundation

Provide transportation assistance to appointments, end of life and family care, financial assistance, and more.

Emily's Kids Foundation

Emily’s Kids Foundation, Inc. is a nonprofit that supports North Carolina families dealing with childhood cancer. In particular, we supply families with gift cards to offset some of the costs of visiting a child in a hospital. This includes parking vouchers, gas cards, and gift cards for food. The Gold Ribbon Scholarship offers financial support to survivors of childhood cancer who were treated in North Carolina. 

Emmanuel Cancer Foundation

Provide in-home professional counseling, material assistance, and emergency financial aid to families in NJ. 

Enchanted Peach Foundation

Delivering immediate moments of comfort and encouragement seriously ill children, their families, and the medical teams caring for them.

EveryStep Care & Support Services

Family of non-profit health care services such as hospice care, community health & wellness, home care, and grief & loss support.

Experience Camps

Experience Camps are free one-week camps for children who have experienced the death of a parent, sibling, or primary caregiver. 

Faith's Lodge

Located in Danbury, WI, Faith's Lodge supports parents and families coping with the death or medically complex condition of a child in a peaceful environment to reflect on the past, renew strength for the present, and build hope for the future.

Family Reach

Dedicated to eradicating the financial barriers that accompany a cancer diagnosis, a widespread issue known as Cancer-Related Financial Toxicity. Provide financial assistnace, planning, navigation, and awareness to families.

Fernside

Summer Camps, Teen Retreats, and Fernside Grief Center Adult retreat provide weekend retreats for those who are grieving the death of a family member or friend.

Fertile Action

Family planning education, advocacy and financial aid for cancer survivors and high-risk patients

Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation

Provides needs-based financial assistance to families struggling with pediatric cancer through Fighting Children's Cancer Foundation's Family Assistance Relief Program and the Holiday Giving Program.

FinAid

List of scholarships offered to cancer survivors, children of parents who have/had cancer, and students who are pursuing careers in cancer treatment

Final Farewell

Provides an affordable funeral for a loved child. Also provide financial assistance, advice and guidance.

First Descents

Provides life-changing outdoor adventures for young adults (ages 18-39) impacted by cancer and other serious health conditions

First Hand Foundation

Provides funding for children (18 years and younger) with health-related needs when insurance and other financial resources have been exhausted. 

Flashes of Hope

Provides families with free portrait packages. The portraits help the children see themselves in a new light. The images are not of sick kids, but of strong and beautiful children filled with hope.

Foot Prints of Fight

Offers services such as meal trains, house cleaning, gas cards, and a variety of other items that will aid in alleviating stress of the family so that the main focus can be on increasing the health of the child with pediatric cancer.
