HEADStrong Foundation

Financial assistance and assistance with lodging for out of town patients undergoing treatment in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. 

Health Well Foundation

Assist families in meeting their cost-sharing obligations to help their child start or continue medical treatments they otherwise would not be able to afford.

Healthcare Hospitality Network

Nationwide professional association of nearly 200 nonprofit organizations that provide lodging and support services to patients, families and their loved ones who are receiving medical treatment far from their home communities.

HealthWell Foundation COVID-19 Fund

Our Mission: To reduce financial barriers to care for underinsured patients with chronic or life-altering diseases.  Assistance with costs associated with delivered food, medication, diagnostics, transportation and telehealth as a result of COVID-19 risk or incidence. Due to funding restrictions, and because we are trying to assist as many people as possible during the COVID-19 crisis, grants can only be approved for the services listed. We are not able to make exceptions for other expenses..

Hearts and Hands

Provides non-medical support services to families from across Minnesota who have or have had, a child with a life threatening illness.

Heroes for Children

Provides social and financial support to Texas families that have a child battling cancer.

Hope Abounds

Provide immidate, practical support and services for those fighting cancer - includes Patient Advocacy, Education, and Navicagation through their medical treatment and personal needs. 

Hope Air

Provide Canadians in financial need with free travel to medical care far from home. 

Hope and Cope

Helps people cope with cancer. Guided by professional staff, cancer-experienced volunteers provide psychosocial support and practical resources that help patients regain a sense of control and well-being, reduce isolation, and restore hope.

Hope Cancer Resources

The mission of Hope Cancer Resources is to provide compassionate, professional cancer support and education in the Northwest Arkansas region today and tomorrow. Our vision is to provide hope and enhance quality of life by expanding prevention, wellness and comprehensive cancer support services in our region.

Hope for Autumn Foundation

Financially assists families battling childhood cancer that are being treated at Children's Hospital of Alabama

Hope for STEAM Learning

Provides students battling cancer a stress-relieving, individualized learning experience to not only stabilize their academics, but also to rekindle their interests in STEAM. Through free, one-on-one digital classes, students will experience an effective form of learning that can allow them to both maintain the academic standards found in the school environment, and also to dive deeper into the custom fields of interest tailored to each student's asking.

Hopecam

Using the technology of tablet computers, web cameras and high-speed Internet connections, Hopecam connects children helping them to overcome their social isolation.  Hopecam provides equipment, IT support and works with the school to secure and facilitate their participation.

Hospice of Spokane

Comphrehensive palliative care, hospice and grief support services in Spokane, WA. Includes Camp Chmepa, a fun, interactive experience for children experiencing grief. 

Hosts for Hospitals

Provide families in need of low-cost lodging when coming from out-of-town to a city for medical care the option of staying at a locally administered volunteer host-home or group facility suitable to meeting that patient-family's specific lodging needs. Serves any medical facility within the area of Greater Philadelphia. 

HUGS Help, Understanding & Group Support

The HUGS mission: To strengthen Hawaii's families and improve their quality of life as they face the emotional and financial hardships of caring for a seriously ill child.

Imaginary Friends Society

The Imaginary Friends Society teaches kids about cancer treatmetn in a way that's easy to understand. Because the more they know about what's happening, the less scary it can be. A series of animated videos explains topics like MRI's, chemotherapy, being scared, and more. 

Imerman's Angels

Partners anyone, any age, any gender, anywhere and any cancer type seeking support with someone just like them - a "mentor Angel." A Mentor Angel is a cancer suvivor or caregiver who most importantly has faced the same type of ancer.
