Alex's Lemonade Stand Adds Second Day

This weekend, Price Chopper figures to be a bit busier than normal with the third annual Alex's Lemonade Stand taking place.

The event benefiting research efforts for pediatric cancers has typically been a Saturday-only affair, but this year it's expanding to Friday. Hours will be from 3 to 7 pm Friday and 10 am to 3 pm Saturday.

This year will be no exception when Sami, as she prefers to be called, and her parents Sandy and Dan set up Alex’s Lemonade Stand on Saturday, June 13, between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.
