CJ always had a smile on his face and when he walked into the room you could sense his calm presence. CJ was an avid soccer player and fan, never missing the opportunity to watch European soccer with his father. A late diagnosis two months after breaking his arm, the odds were against CJ as the cancer had already spread to his lungs. He never gave up hope. CJ "Continued to Smile" and remained positive throughout his 14 month journey. A very generous "old soul," CJ shared his spirituality and love of life with everyone he came in contact with. CJ was at peace accepting his journey. At the age of 19, CJ lost his battle with cancer and earned his wings on 5/16/09 at home surrounded by his family. CJ left this world as he lived....with a peaceful presence...
