On August 11, a myriad of culinary powerhouses are teaming up for Lemon: Chicago, an event taking place at the Art Institute of Chicago to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. Paul Kahan (Blackbird) and Tony Mantuano (Spiaggia) serve as host chefs, joined by more than 20 revered chefs such as Jose Garces (Mercat a la Planxa) and Cleveland's Jonathon Sawyer. Each chef is assigned a designated table, where they'll prepare special meals for guests at said table.
