Meet the Fuss family, ALSF's Childhood Cancer Hero family representing the many kids affected by cancer in Michigan this year.
Alex's Lemonade Days is an annual 3-day fundraiser where supporters from coast to coast hold lemonade stands in a unified effort to raise funds for childhood cancer research. Support this family and all kids with cancer by hosting an Alex's Lemonade Stand in your hometown!
Jennifer and Jerry's son Wyatt was just 15 months old when he was diagnosed with a rare ganglioglioma inside his spinal cord. After surgery, he had to relearn how to swallow, walk, talk and move his arms. Life was normal for Wyatt for a brief period until his tumor regrew, leading to more surgery and rehab. While he still struggles with the effects of his cancer, Wyatt amazes everyone with his determination and success.
Every year the family holds their annual "Pullin For Kids" event, a tractor pull for adults and children, on the second Saturday in July to raise money for childhood cancer research. Read about Wyatt, an ALSF CORD Fund hero.
