Dec. 5 Website Update: Fundraising Pages Restored

Home » Blog

Excellent news - all of the fundraising pages that were affected by the website failure have been restored! If this pertains to you, you will (if you haven't already) receive an email from an ALSF staff member about your restored page. If you are actively fundraising, donations can be made immediately to your page and these will appear in the donor listing.

A few important things to note below:
  • If you have trouble logging into your fundraising page, you can reset your password by going to this link: http://www.alexslemonade.org/user/password. When it asks you to enter your username or email address, use your email address.
  • If you made your fundraising page private when you created it, you’ll need to log in and set it as private again. Our apologies as this was one of the losses in the failure.
  • You may notice that photos, blog entries and some text may be missing from your page. Unfortunately, we did lose this content when the website went down. However, you can add photos, etc…back onto your page to personalize it again.
  • Please note that the donations listed on your page may appear to be missing or outdated at this time. Be assured that we have records of every donation made to your fundraising page, but it will take a few more days to repost them to your page. We hope to have all donations updated on your page by early next week. When these donations are all restored, donors will receive a similar email to this one including directions on how to customize how their donation is listed.
