Patrons quenched their thirsts while contributing to a good cause Saturday at the sixth annual Alex’s Lemonade Stand at the Valley Forge Towers.
The stand has raised more than $34,000 in the fight against childhood and was named a Grand Stand this year. Organizers hoped to raise $10,000 Saturday.
This year, the stand also raffled off hotel nights, restaurant gift cards, travel gift certificates, autographed Eagles photographs, a Kindle Fire package and more.
