The sixth annual Lemon Run Philadelphia, designed to raise funds and awareness for the battle against childhood cancer, returns to Memorial Hall in Fairmont Park Sunday, Nov. 9, at 8 a.m.
The event, presented by A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts and Volvo, is a fund-raiser for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. It brings together athletes of all calibers to compete in 5K running and walking activities with a graded entry fee between $15 and $35 depending on age.
