Yum, Red Robin officially opens its doors Monday to diners.The casual dining restaurant brings its menu of gourmet burgers, bottomless fries and brews to South Delsea Drive.
"We open right at 11 a.m," Susan Feichter, Red Robin's new restaurant operations director told The Daily Journal. The 4,560-square-foot company-owned restaurant seats 142.
This is the first Red Robin in Cumberland County and company officials said the Cumberland Mall site was selected due to its proximity to retail.
It fits in with an economic development trend, said city Economic Development Director Sandy Forosisky.
