Now that was a lemonade stand.

Carolyn Hendrix, 6, and her parents, Jeff and Kathryn Hendrix, raised more than $7,000 Sunday selling lemonade to fight pediatric cancer.

The lemonade stand at Trinity Presbyterian Church was part of the national Alex's Lemonade Days events, which raise money for research for childhood cancer. Carolyn Hendrix was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer, Ewing sarcoma, in May 2015. She underwent 17 rounds of chemotherapy in 2014, but is now cancer free. (The namesake of Alex's Lemonade Days, Alexandra "Alex" Scott, died in 2004 at the age of 8. She was diagnosed with cancer two days before her first birthday. The Connecticut girl started the lemonade stand to raise money to battle cancer.)

The Hendrix family spent five hours selling lemonade — and a bit of limeade — at Sunday's event.
