After hours of planning and organizing, Pacific University students Josiah Hanson and Renae Bertrand's class project is almost complete- the couple will host an event to raise money for cancer research Friday, April 4.

The event will feature a silent art auction and open mic stage, with all proceeds from the auction going to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, a national charity that supports pediatric cancer research. The event is from 7 to 10 p.m. in the university center and entry is free.
