Our featured event this week is Alex’s Original Lemonade Stand scheduled to take place this Saturday, June 13th from 10 AM to 3 PM. I love this type of event because it is what I what I would describe as a non-traditional networking event. The event supports a great cause, you can bring the whole family, and it provides opportunities to meet people and businesses in your local community without having to attend more of a traditional business networking event.

Each June, this event is held to honor the tradition of Alex’s annual summer lemonade stand. Appropriately named, Alex’s “Original” Lemonade Stand, Alex’s friends and family continue to hold her stand, which has evolved into a family fun event complete with food, games, crafts, face-painting, music, raffles, and (of course) lemonade, held at the school Alex attended, Penn Wynne Elementary School.

The event is FREE, however, you can also purchase an "Alex's All Access Pass" for $25 per person. The pass covers donations for ALL activities, food, and one commemorative Alex’s “Original” t-shirt! To purchase a ticket click here:
