Local Softball Tournament Raises $4,500 for Charity

Four regional Applebee's locations raised more than $4,500 for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) at the first annual GO TO BAT for Alex's Lemonade Stand Softball Tournament.

Employees from the Ridley, Havertown, Roosevelt Blvd. and Lawrenceville restaurants played for the top spot. Team Lawrenceville won the tournament with Ridley coming in second.

Prizes were also given out at the event. All proceeds from the day benefited ALSF.
