Local Applebee’s restaurant, 690 West Bridge St, has teamed up with Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation to raise funds for childhood cancer research.
The month-long campaign began on June 29 and will continue on with hosting a variety of events, including lemonade stands, golf tournaments and donation nights.
Fundraising efforts also include donating a portion of lemonade and Summer Squeeze sales to ALSF. Applebee’s guests may also donate by purchasing a paper lemon in support of ALSF.
