On March 17, I will be running my first full at the Shamrock Marathon in memory of beautiful Alyssa who was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma in early 2011. Alyssa's battle came to an end on December 31st, 2012.  She fought her disease with such grace and tenacity despite new and ever changing obstacles that came her way.   I am running as part of Team Lemon in memory of Alyssa and for all kids who are fighting this ugly disease. I hope you will help me support this amazing organization to help find new treatments and cures.  As Alyssa's grandfather said at her memorial service and I carry this with me:  "Dance Alyssa Dance! Run Alyssa Run! Live Alyssa Live!"
