Hey Everyone! Thanks for taking the time to visit my Team Lemon fundraising page! As I'm sure most of you know by now I was supposed to run the NYC Marathon on November 4, 2012. Due to Hurricane Sandy the race was canceled. I didn't want to my training to go to waste so I was able to get into the sold-out Philly Marathon through Team Lemon, which still had some charity slots available. I feel so lucky to have gotten this marathon slot and also be able to raise some money for an awesome cause! Team Lemon supports various foundations that conduct research related to childhood cancer. I encourage you to watch the video on Team Lemon's webpage about the founder of the charity, Alex Scott (an amazing little girl who unfortunately did not survive her illness, but she did leave quite a mark on the world).
