With the cancellation of the NYC Marathon, Team Lemon, has graciously opened it's doors to me to participate in the Philadelphia Marathon! With this, I can fulfill my commitment to those who donated to Pan Can, still run with my twin sister Julie in my dad's honor and memory, and also raise awareness for an equally important cause, childhood cancer. Those who know me, know this is also a cause near and dear to my heart particularly after this last year that included the diagnosis of two children with cancer...I have been completely inspired by the love and support of community that I have witnessed first hand and how invaluable it can be to a family navigating the terrifying diagnosis of a child with cancer. Let's continue to fight cancer in all it's forms.
