Hi friends and family! So I have decided to run my second marathon this fall, The Philadelphia Marathon. I am raising money for a wonderful charity, Alex's Lemonade Stand. Alexandra, "Alex", was an amazing little girl who suffered from a rare form of childhood cancer, neuroblastoma. When Alex was 4 years old she decided to open up a lemonade stand. Let's just say that her idea was a good one! Since she opened her first lemonade stand, thousands of people across America have held various fundraisers and Alex's Lemonade Stand has become a national registered charity. Over 40 million dollars to date has been raised to find a cure. This amazing charity is funding over 200 research projects nationally. Sadly, Alex lost her life at the young age of 8. Alex had a big dream to find a cure. Together we can become one step closer to fulfilling Alex's dream! I will do all the running:-) No donation is too small.
