On December 13, Lorenzo’s aunt, Natalia Moorhead, lost her life to breast cancer. Her disease faced a formidable foe. She came out swinging. Strong-willed and determined, she brought her best self, out of devotion to family and friends. Natalia’s grace and grit were also a big part of Enzo’s painful struggle and beautiful legacy – Natalia, a tireless champion of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation.

For our last two stands, we gathered curbside at the Moorhead house in Scripps Ranch (with Balboa Park on-hold during the pandemic). This year, we will step back a bit, with an opportunity to support our pediatric cancer community online. And this year, we celebrate a special bond between kindred spirits united by pain and promise. The 19th anniversary of our Lemonade Stand – in memory of Enzo and those who shared in his life and love.
