This September, during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, join us as we go “A Million Miles for Frankie!”

Since being diagnosed with pilomyxoid astrocytoma, a rare grade 2 type brain tumor, in March 2018, Frankie has been working hard every day to beat cancer. Surgery, chemotherapy, and too many days spent in the hospital have NOT dimmed the light of Frankie’s easy, sunny, positive disposition one bit. Frankie has No Bad Days, and recently said to his mom, on the morning of another surgery, “I have an awesome life.” We can learn a lot from Frankie.

As a community rallied around Frankie and his family, let’s reflect back to Frankie all the goodness that he gives to each of us. Let’s come together - family, friends, neighbors, schools, businesses, teachers, classmates, and all fans of Team Frankie - and use our feet to raise much needed awareness of childhood cancer.

All donations raised through A Million Miles for Frankie will go to the ‘Team Frankie - No Bad Days’ Fund set up through Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for valuable research.
