For my 8th-grade school project, I was challenged with the task of helping and making an impact in my community. I decided to tie this project with another one of my passions which is running. I plan to run fifty miles in a month with each person donating a dollar per mile. My older brother is a cancer survivor and has such an inspiring story. When I heard about Alex's Lemonade Stand I knew it would be a perfect fit. I would get to do something I love to do for a cause that is close to home.
