Frances "Thea" Montalbano 
(June 30, 1925 - January 13, 2017) 

Frances "Thea" Rangos Montalbano 90, of Wellsburg passed away Friday January 13, 2017 in Wheeling at Good Shepherd Nursing Home. She was a Christian and a Greek Orthodox by faith. She was born June 30, 1925 in Wellsburg to the late Charles and Mary Kavanas Rangos.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her husband Thomas Montalbano, two brothers and three sisters.

She is survived by her son Theodore “Ted” (Linda) Bolen of Wellsburg and her daughter Charlene (Michael) Frazier of Wheeling, one brother Chuck (Erma) Rangos of Follansbee and one sister Anastasia Bowman of Tacoma WA., five grandchildren Mark (Sharon) Bolen, Michael Bolen all of Wellsburg, Nicole (Jonathan) Harris of Williamstown, WV., Hanna (Tracy) Farr of Greenwich, CT., and Chelsea Frazier of Key West, FL. and 10 Great grandchildren AVA Bolen, Aaron Bolen, Cole Bolen, Andrea Bolen, Sylvia Harris, Sophie Farr, Alexandria Harris, Clara Farr, Eden Farr, and Jack Harris .

Visitation will be on Monday from 6 - 8:00pm at Reasner Funeral Home 1515 Charles St. Wellsburg where services will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday with Pastor James Keener officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Cemetery in Wellsburg. In Lieu of flowers family suggests memorial contributions be made to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation 111 Presidential Blvd. Suite 203 Bala Cynwyd, PA. 19004, for childhood cancer research.
