Alexandra "Alex" Scott, a young cancer patient, was only 4 years old when she decided to hold a lemonade stand to raise money for "her hospital," so doctors could help other kids like they'd helped her. Alex held her first stand in 2000 and continued to hold lemonade stands each year, inspiring support from her community and across the nation. Although sadly Alex passed away at the age of 8, she knew she had reached the ambitious goal of raising $1 million for childhood cancer research.

****************HOW TO REGISTER FOR 5K RUN/WALK***************

At Lewis University, our Lemon Club will be holding a 5K run/walk, on campus grounds, Saturday, April 29th. The race will begin at 8:30 a.m. with registration and check-in at 8:00. Along with raffles, we will be selling baked goods and lemonade.

The registration fee is $15 for ages 12 and up, and $10 for children under 12.

Register by selecting a team member in the top right hand corner of this page, and clicking the "DONATE" button. If viewing this page on your phone, the "DONATE" button may be located at the bottom of the page.  If you do not know any of the members, you can select a random name. 

If participating in the 5k, please donate the dollar amount necessary for the amount of people you are registering. Example: If you are registering two people above the age of 12, your donation would be $30.

In the DONATION NOTE BOX, list your first and last name, gender, and age (at time of race). Example: Taylor Cole, Female, 20. If registering a second person, or more, list their information below your own.
