I'm running for Alex who at her first birthday was diagnosed with neurooblastoma and wasn't expected to walk. Two weeks later she started kickin' and walked with braces at two. She started a lemonade stand to donate money to "her hospital" and to help other kids with cancer too. 

I'm lucky enough to have healthy kids now who provide me strength and energy on a daily basis. I also know that we've all seen kids who inspire us, make us smile through adversity and help us break through boundaries-Alex was a great example of that energizing spirit and I want to help support her goal and healthy kiddos!
