Breanna was diagnosed in July of 2011, just a few days shy of her 10th birthday. She started treatment of 6 rounds of chemo, surgery to remove the "main" tumor right before Thanksgiving, and now is hospitalized after having had a Stem Cell Transplant where she will remain for quite sometime until all of her counts rebound and she's feeling better. She still has radiation and immunotherapy to endure. She is a very strong little girl who has gone from being a competitive cheerleader to being so sick. But she usually is smiling and loving life through it all.
