About Flashes of Hope
Founded in 2001 by the parents of a child with cancer, Flashes of Hope brightens the lives of children with cancer through a national photography program that creates uplifting portraits of children fighting cancer. Award-winning photographers turn a routine day at the hospital into a celebration, capturing smiles and forever preserving images of courage, beauty and dignity.
Flashes of Hope has partnered with more than 85 pediatric hospitals and dozens of summer camps for children with cancer; presenting free photo packages to over 92,000 young patients and their families.
