Frequently Asked Questions
Can I name ALSF as a beneficiary of my DAF?
In addition to recommending a grant to ALSF from a DAF, donors may elect to name ALSF as a beneficiary of their DAF’s remaining funds after death. Contact your DAF administrator to learn more about beneficiary designation.
By naming ALSF as a beneficiary of the remainder of your DAF, you will be recognized as a member of the Alexandra Scott Legacy Society. Please notify us of your gift so we can welcome you into the Society.
Can donor-advised gifts be matched?
Some employers will match DAF gifts made by their employees. Speak with your employer to learn if you are eligible.
