When you sign up to be a Champion, you are committing to making a difference for kids with cancer every time you step on the field. Your feats on the field can add up to significant dollars to help fund childhood cancer research. Every athlete wants to be the best player and teammate, but Champions demonstrate their dedication to being the best person too!
Here's how it works, register below (it's free) and it will create your own Champion page. This page will allow you to upload photos of you in action and share your stats all season long for saves, goals or assists. Friends and family can donate online or pledge a dollar amount for whatever stat you are tracking. For example, $2 per save x 50 saves = $100 donation, enough to fund two hours of vital childhood cancer research. Now that is a win-win!
Teams are also welcome to register together and track their achievements as a group throughout the season.
Once you’ve registered, we will be in touch! You’ll also receive a Champion kit in the mail complete with posters, stickers and other items to help you promote your Champion season and all you’re doing to fight childhood cancer.

What is a Champion for Kids with Cancer?
Champions are athletes of all ages that dedicate their seasons to children with cancer. Champion for Kids with Cancer is for everyone! Play the sport you love, raise funds and awareness and bring hope to thousands of kids and their families by turning your stats into research dollars. Teams can register together too and track their group accomplishments!
*Please note that we suggest all high school athletes interested in participating in the Champions program notify their coach and athletic director. Why support the Champions program?
Children with cancer need you on their team. Childhood cancer is the number one disease killer of children and pediatric cancer research is vastly and consistently underfunded. Your support means more research projects in the hopes of eliminating this disease from children’s lives.
Where does the money go?
All funds raised go directly to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research, a registered 501(c)3 charity. Careful distribution of our grants allows doctors to bring the latest and most promising lifesaving treatments to seriously ill children. Can I participate as a Champion for a service project or community service hours?
Absolutely! Our coaches work with students across the country to plan events and approve service hours.
Where do I send the money from my fundraiser?
The easiest way to donate your funds is via debit card or credit card directly to your online fundraising page. However, we do accept checks and money orders too! Please make out a check to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and make sure to put your Event ID in the memo line. Our address is 111 Presidential Blvd. Suite 103, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004.
