We wanted to start off the blog this week with a note of remembrance. Sadly, one of our heroes and longtime stand hosts, Eli Matthews, lost his life to childhood cancer last week. Eli was 10-years-old. Eli and his family held several lemonade stands throughout his life, and as came to be their slogan, they “bELIeve” in a cure for leukemia.
