Superstar Supporters for the Cause

Don't get us wrong, we truly think of all of our supporters as superstars, but we admit that we still get a little star struck when we hear of celebrities rallying support for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF).

This past week was a big one in terms of garnering high profile support for ALSF that started with the news that international superstar Enrique Iglesias is joining the fight against childhood cancer. Enrique kicked off his support of ALSF by donating $2 from every ticket from the pre-sale of his new tour to Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, but they’ll be more to come according to the artist….

"During the pre-sale we will donate $2 from every ticket sold to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation, but that's only the beginning! Later in November, we will announce other ways I'll be working with my fans to raise funds and awareness in support of this incredible organization," says Enrique. "Together, we can carry on Alex's legacy, and hopefully bring us one step closer to eradicating childhood cancer, one cup of lemonade at a time."

Considering one of Enrique's hit songs from back in 2001 was titled, “Hero” we think it’s a perfect fit!

Next up - the TV show "MasterChef Junior" and FOX hosted pop-up lemonade stands in Los Angeles and NYC earlier in the week raising funds and awareness of ALSF.

Finally, the amazing actress Bailee Madison, ALSF’s Youth Spokesperson and an avid supporter of ALSF, appeared in OK! Magazine sharing a special Vanilla Berry Lemonade Recipe and spoke of her support of the Foundation.

Of course, you don’t have to be a celebrity to help out in the fight against childhood cancer...find out the many ways to get involved with ALSF today, you're all superstars in our book!
