Wow, what a great month of June! We’ve been working nonstop during this extremely exciting and busy time of the year that we fondly refer to as lemonade season. A huge thank you to everyone who supported one of our special events, held a lemonade stand, stopped by a lemonade stand or helped to spread the word of our important cause throughout the month. June 5 - Alex Scott: A Stand for Hope Phone Bank. From lemon faces to donations pouring in over the phones, the Phone Bank was again a success raising just over $2 million to kick off National Lemonade Days.
June 7 - Alex's "Original" Lemonade Stand. Commemorating Alex's annual summertime lemonade stand at the school she once attended, the bittersweet, family-friendly event raised nearly $100,000.
June 10 - The Great Chefs Event. A sold out crowd once again enjoyed delicious food and drink prepared from 40 renowned chefs from across the country raising just under $750,000 for ALSF and the Vetri Foundation for Children.
