Good news! We continue to make great progress on restoring the website with information that was outdated or lost during the downtime over the weekend.
Fundraising pages:
We’ve been recreating and updating any fundraising pages that were affected and anticipate this update will be complete be the end of the day today. If your fundraising page was affected, we’ll be sending you a separate email to let you know that it has been restored and directions on how to personalize the page and login if you’re having trouble. Please be aware that donations made to your fundraising page may still appear outdated - we're reloading these as well, but this will take a few more days to complete.
Donations to fundraising pages:
If you made a donation to a fundraising page that was affected, once these donations are all reloaded - you’ll also receive an email from us to let you know that the listing of your donation has been restored and directions on how to login and customize how the donation is listed.
We wanted to give you this heads up as some people could be getting multiple emails from us in the next few days, but it’s just because we want to make sure we keep you in the loop and ensure all of your amazing support is accurately reflected.
Gift Shop:
The online gift shop is the only section on our website that is not operational at this time, but we hope to change that within the next day. As mentioned previously, you can still order ALSF merchandise – just give us a call at (866) 333-1213 or send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to help you out!
General Donations:
Please be assured that if you made an online donation prior to the site going down either as a general donation, honor/memorial gift, to our holiday giving campaign or to a fundraising page – we have record of this donation and it was not lost. It will be processed and any respective notifications have been mailed.
