On Alex’s Angel Anniversary in 2017, I wrote a letter to my sister about everything she meant to me over the years. Today, on the eve of what would have been her 25th birthday, I want to share a portion of that letter with you:

Alex Scott was just 4 years old when she told her parents that she wanted to host a lemonade stand. Courtney Smith recalls her mom pulling her aside before the opening of her first lemonade stand at the Upper Merion Township Community Summer Concert Series and saying:

“Listen, let’s be really happy if we make $100 tonight.”
