My name is Reese Osmond and I am 13 years old. I am having a lemonade stand to fund childhood cancer research. This will be my fifth lemonade stand I have had, and have raised almost 10,000 dollars to benefit Alex's Lemonade Stand. 

I was diagnosed with leukemia at 2 and a half years old, and went through two and a half years of chemotherapy.  I was declared cancer free at age 5. Unfortunately I relapsed a year and a half later when I was 6. During that time, I had two more years of chemotherapy. I was declared cancer free at age 8. I then relapsed again, and this time instead of years of chemotherapy, I had chemo plus Car T treatment. My dad and I had to relocate to Philly for 5 weeks, while my mom and sister and dogs stayed at home in NJ for treatment.

Unfortunately, two years after I had Car T treatment, I relapsed again. This time I had a bone marrow transplant where I lived in the hospital and in Philadelphia with my mom  for almost three months, while my dad was back home with my sister. The transplant occured on June 20, 2023, so I want to have the lemonade stand in celebration of being one year post transplant.
