I'm holding a fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! Karina is a 7 year old who has now relapsed two times. After her first relapse,  to a clinical immunotherapy trial, she was able to stay in remission for 2 years. Sadly, she has relapsed again. While research is improving, much is needed to help these young warriors find their cures and hopefully ones that are not as toxic as most treatment plans are currently. For example, immunotherapy seems to be the way of the future but needs to be improved to reduce relapse rates.
