Malinda Ann Hill & Leah Connor are identical twins but opposite runners. 

@MalindaAnnHill is the slower 1/2 who Instagrams, tweets & runs marathons. 

@LeahCville is the faster 1/2 who qualified for 2013 Boston Marathon twice (3:35:36).

Michael Connor, Leah's brother-in-law, was diagnosed with cancer as a child. Michael kept fighting cancer with his inspiring Irish spirit, so it was very bittersweet when he died on St. Patrick's Day, March 17, 2003.

Aileen "GG" O'Connor Hill, the twins' grandmother, was diagnosed with cancer on Friday, July 13 and died on Monday, July 16, 2012. Her sudden and unexpected death affected the twins profoundly.
