Hello and welcome to the SPIKE Childhood Cancer Volleyball Tournament for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. The event will take place Sunday, June 7th from 10:45-5pm at Veterans Memorial Park in Broomall, PA. Please check-in upon arrival for wristbands. Teams will consist of six players all of which need to be 18 years or older. We will allow up to ten players per team with the understanding that there will be substitutes. We’re asking that each player make a minimum donation of $30.00 on this page (see below for instructions). Your contribution also gets you a lunch and Gatorade from My Way Entertainment in Broomall. They will also be at the event selling food and drinks, so if you’d like to purchase additional food you will be able to do so the day of.

One person from each team needs to be the team captain. The team captain is responsible for emailing me, [email protected], all of the players on your team, a team name, color and everyone’s t-shirt sizes (so that if you win we can have t-shirts made for you among other prizes). Each team is responsible for color coordinating their shirts. We'll be checking to make sure that each person has paid online prior to the event and that no teams have duplicate colors. We will not accept the $30.00 donation to play the day of the game so please submit it online ASAP. The last day to register a team is May 22nd. We will be in contact with each team captain with more information.

ONLINE FUNDRAISING PAGE INSTRUCTIONS:


1) Under the event details click "Join the Team"
on the right side of the page

2) Click continue when the yellow box pops up


3) Fill out email and press contiune

4) Fill out the entire user profile and press contiune

5) Click the "Yes, I would like to donate" button

6) Once you get to the donation screen, please enter your information and $30.00 contribution. Under the "Write a Note" section, please include your team name. 


7) Make sure at least one member of each team emails [email protected] with a list of the players, team name and color as well as t-shirt sizes of every player


8) Read over the attached rules carefully
