Friends, June 14th 2015 is one of Alex's Lemonade Days! This is an annual 3-day fundraiser where supporters from coast to coast hold lemonade stands to raise funds for childhood cancer research. This year we hope you will join us at our stand, honoring our very own fighter, Benji the Brave!
*Please Note* Any proceeds made from lemonade and all donations made on this site go directly to pediatric cancer research through Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation.
See below for ways to help the Gilkey family directly.
Benjamin is a bright, empathetic, independent, creative, sweet and spicy seven year old boy. On New Year’s Day 2015 he was diagnosed with Pre-B Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. Day 1 of treatment was January 2nd. Life may have given Benji some lemons but one of his absolute favorite things ever is to make lemonade and have a lemonade stand! Please bring everyone you know and join this courageous boy and his family, friends, and neighbors along with other childhood cancer survivors, all who will be serving up cups of lemonade for an absolutely necessary and critical cause. We hope you will come out and support not only this stand and the ALS Foundation but celebrate Benjamin and his family! Funds generated from the sale of Benji's Lemonade Stand go directly to the ALSF for the purpose of childhood cancer research.

I am excited to announce there will also be a bake sale and silent auction taking place that will benefit Benjamin and his family directly during their journey to healing!
We will also be joined by OneBlood organization and their donation center on wheels. You will have the opportunity to donate the priceless gift of blood, one which is necessary for the treatment of children like Benji fighting leukemia. For every donation that OneBlood receives they will give a $10 donation to the Lemonade Stand in honor of Benji! Also all blood donors will receive a Tervis Tumbler! Please see attached documents if you want more information on OneBlood and/or are interested in donating (it will take approx 30-40 mins and require that you be well hydrated :)
There will be free face painting & the playground open for play!! Bring the whole family!
