 So we are still trying to fine tune some details for our stands and fundraisers, but I'm still training for the half marathon!  I feel great!  Back in January, around the time I created our event page, I started a half marathon training workout.  Now most people might say, man thats really far in advance to start training, but I ran in a tough mudder a little over a week ago so I figured I may as well use the half marathon training to help me with that.  That went well, however about a month prior I had hit a wall and was not motivated at all to run and ended up resorting to the tredmill which I absolutely hate...but still did it since I didn't feel like running on the street.  

Today I restarted my half marathon training.  Started from the top.  Back in January on the first day of training, I ran a 11:30 min mile for 3 miles.  Today, I did the same exact run (with a stress fracture) and ran it in a 9:32 min mile.  I have shaved 2 minutes off my run time for every mile!!! So excited because that means 1. I'm running faster and 2. My workouts are shorter =)
