North East Recreation and Little Tikes Commercial are holding a fundraiser to help Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! Alexandra “Alex” Scott was just four years old when she opened her first lemonade stand to raise money for cancer research. By the time of her passing, she had raised $1 million and inspired countless communities around the world. Today, her story is continued by Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF), one of the leading funders of pediatric cancer research with over $250 million donated from across the U.S. and Canada. This fund also goes towards programs to aid families affected by childhood cancer, and has supported over 1,000 research projects.

Inspired by Alex’s story, Little Tikes Commercial has partnered with ASLF to create Alex’s Lemonade Stand Play Panel, motivating children to take action in their own community while providing a fun play opportunity. With each Alex’s Lemonade Stand Panel purchased, Little Tikes Commercial contributes $100 towards ALSF’s mission.
