I want to let you know that I personally agree with that statement, but I do want to give you a little more motivation to donate though. 

My name is Julian. I chose this charity because I did not have enough money to run this run. I did not have enough, but the charity told me that I could run if I could at least work towards a goal. I thought about how nice that was. I thought about how this group is giving me a second chance. 

I choose the goal, and I make the decisions. It is quite empowering. It is quite the task in a world of influence. We are not always able to make the right choice, and that is okay. We need to learn from our mistakes. We need to give each other direction, and that is what I feel about this charity - I did not even think twice about who they were because of their message. 

They support children with cancer... It is something that is so difficult to describe, to comprehend. When I think of cancer, I think of something so terrible, something that shouldn't even be possible. It is just so sad. It is how some of us feel sometimes.. I have felt like that before. I have felt like I did not have a choice. 

That is why I am turning to the charity. They give children a fighting chance at life. I have always wanted that. I have always wanted a fighting chance at life. I did not want to be influenced by something out of my control. I wanted to do something that I felt was right, but I will tell you; it is easy to give in. 

It is easy to give up. It is easy to feel like I do not have self-control. It is so easy to do this when you take on the world, but it does not have to be that way. I will leave you with this, no more bold nor italicized statements. I will tell you that people care. People want to help. The help is there! You just have to look for it. We do not have to fight this fight alone. You can ask for help when you need it. Someone will be there! People are good! People are great! People are different, and that is what works! People at this charity will listen to you. People at this charity will empower you. People will give you and I a second chance - those who were doomed from the beginning, those with cancer, those from all walks of life. 

I support this charity, and I will make my goal at my own pace, but I do ask you for your support. If you cannot help at this time, do not! Please work with what you have, then come back if you can. I understand because I do. I understand! Do not worry about it. Thank you for lending an ear.
