Welcome to Liam the Strong's Team! Liam is a 6 year old boy who journeyed through JMML, a rare and aggressive blood cancer. Liam was diagnosed at the age of 3 and persevered through a bone marrow transplant in 2021. Liam was strong, brave and inspirational throughout his journey. He is now a thriving 6 year old boy! 

Today, Liam is an energetic, charismatic boy with an amazing sense of humor. He loves legos, roller coasters, all things Disney,Ninja Turtles and his pug, Stella. Liam does Karate and is a Cub Scout. He loves swimming.

All of these physical activities were unimaginable even just last year as Liam recovered from the atrophy and gross motor delays secondary to his treatment and additional diagnosis of NF1. Liam has poor bone quality and has had several fractures since his treatment as well. Even when a child with cancer is on the other side of treatment with a positive outcome, they continue to face challenges. 

Our children deserve the best treatments and the only way to get there is through research. Pediatric cancer is grossly underfunded which is why we need your help!
