I am so excited to be running the Chicago Bank of America Marathon in October 2024 to raise money for Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation!

My best friend, Gabby, lost her little brother, CJ, to childhood cancer in 2014. As I have become close with her and her incredible family over the past few years, I have admired their dedication to this foundation and am honored to be running for CJ as a member of Team Lemon. Growing up in the Philadelphia area, I have watched Alex's Lemonade stand grow from Alex's feature on the local news to a national foundation with a massive impact on childhood cancer research. I even wrote my 6th grade research paper on Alex and the beginnings of the ALSF, as well as participated in a local lemonade stand fundraiser around that time. Fourteen years later, I cannot think of a better cause to run my first marathon for!
