On December 9, I'll be running the Honolulu marathon to help knockout cancer in kids. I'm joining Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation (ALSF) to help move one step closer to finding a cure for all children with cancer! Money raised will pay for research to find better treatments and cures for childhood cancer and support patients and their families as they go through this fight.

Every day, there are almost 700 new cases of childhood cancer around the world. This adds up to an estimated 250,000 new cases of cancer affecting children each year worldwide. And yet, childhood cancer is vastly and consistently underfunded with less than 4% of the federal government's total funding for cancer research is dedicated to childhood cancers each year.
